The Broken Oak Ranch is a private 118 acre parcel of land situated among mountains, valleys and plains that magically take one away, to a place in time, where there are no modern distractions.
Located at 3600' elevation, in a small valley, in northern San Diego County called San Felipe. It is totally rural. Oak Trees, Deer, Chaparral and Coyotes are the dominant residents.
The property looks just like it did in days gone by, with Native American grinding holes scattered about, and the Butterfield/Wells Fargo Stage Route crossing the property. The area is steeped in California history.
Surrounded by undeveloped properties and the 44,000 acre Warners Ranch, the land feels like you are standing in the old west !.
We have developed a network of trails and roads that cover over 3 miles. Great for hiking, or walking. Awesome for dirt bike, mountain bike and quad trails, with 600' of elevation gain.
